Hula hoop gives back!
We’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to donate clothing to us, so we wanted to share some details! At Hula Hoop, we gladly accept all clothing donations, no matter the size or style. Your gently used clothing helps us make a positive impact in our community by supporting local families in need.
What your donations do...
Your contributions go directly to our Annual Giveback Boutique, a special holiday event in December that allows youth served by the HALO Foundation to shop for new clothing with “Merry Moolah.” HALO Foundation supports homeless and at-risk youth by offering housing, healing, and education services. At the Giveback Boutique, kids can pick out fabulous outfits and enjoy a stress-free holiday shopping experience thanks to your generous donations!
How to donate
Simply Email aboswellburns@hulahoopkc.com to schedule a time to drop off your donations at our shop. We’re happy to arrange a visit that works for you!
Our incredible partners at the HALO Foundation and YVC make this possible! HALO provides a foundation of support to youth in need, helping them navigate through homelessness and hardship with love, stability, and opportunities for a brighter future. YVC empowers young volunteers to give back in meaningful ways, proving that community and kindness can change the world. We are so grateful to partner with such incredible organizations to bring this event to life.
